Meet Rachel
About Rachel
Rachel is a veteran of the NDIS sector, with an impressive career spanning almost two decades. Her journey began as a support worker, progressing through diverse roles to executive leadership.
Her commitment to the NDIS sector is deeply personal, born from first-hand experience within her own family. This fuels her drive to be an authentic leader, continuously engaging in self-development and delivering a service of which her family can be proud.
Why the Podcast?
Rachel started What Are We Drinking? to create a space where real conversations flow as easily as the
drinks in hand. It’s a platform for purpose-driven people to share their stories, challenge the status
quo, and talk about the work that matters—without the jargon or the pressure.
Whether it’s over coffee, kombucha, or something a little stronger, this podcast is about connection,
curiosity, and celebrating the humans behind the hustle.
